Xprt Construction provides pre-construction related services that consist of working with designers, architects, and owners to ensure that projects are being designed in an appealing and cost effective manner. We provide cost estimates throughout all the design phases of construction projects helping architects to have an independent cost analysis of their designs, assisting them with budget constraints and the efficiency and quality of design. Our estimating services offers a wealth of experience, knowledge and subcontractor resources to reflect accurate pricing for our estimates. Working with architects throughout all design phases of a single project has lead to the satisfaction of owners and architects alike. Over the years clients continue to depend on our preconstruction services to provide cost effective design balance to the owner’s budget. In addition, we evaluate and explore alternate methods and materials to reduce cost, as well as review final working drawings for completeness and accuracy prior to building.
Xprt Construction provides construction management services that work directly for owners and developers on construction related projects. We maintain the necessary project controls by working with the contractor and their subcontractors to ensure that the project is maintaining the project schedule and budgets from the pre-construction services through the occupancy of the building. Xprt Construction’s personnel have the experience, knowledge, and expertise to manage each project by utilizing the necessary accounting, scheduling, and documentation controls. Our construction management services include the overall planning, coordination and control of a project from inception to completion aimed at meeting a client’s requirements in order to produce a functionally and financially viable project that will be completed on time, within authorized cost and to the required quality standards. We specify project objectives and plans including delineation of scope, budgeting, scheduling, setting performance requirements, and selecting project participants, as well as implement various operations through proper coordination and control of planning, design, estimating, contracting and construction in the entire process.
